“Brandung” (Surge wave) Extremes collide at this point. From the gentle caress of a wave to the forbidding thunder and hissing of a spectacular surf. Symbolically, the sculpture depicts the polarity and tension of elated togetherness. The mosaic is the work of over 2200 hours and made mainly from Murano glass. The sculpture is approx. 300 cm long, 97 cm high with a diameter of 110 cm and weighs approx. 1200 kg.
